  • I do one cheat a week. I pick breakfast or lunch so I have a chance to burn off some of the calories. I actually cut my breakfast cheat down a lot. I was getting 3 egg omelette, Hashbrowns biscuit with gravy. My plan now is to skip the huge omelette and enjoy the other fixings plus some fruit.
  • Congratuations on your dedication and awesome job ! You should be so proud of yourself! I think your story is inspiring. I also struggle with a thyroid problem and depression over a recent event and I keep trying remind myself of why I am doing it all. Keep up the great work!
  • I weigh my food. I have no issue doing so and it keeps me on track plus helps me to accurately log my food in take for the day.
  • I only walk for exercise because it is what I enjoy. It is my therapy as I am coping with a lot of other things right now. I tend to eat something small before heading out. ( 1 slice of toast and some fruit) and then I go walk 3-5 miles. I get home eat a hard boiled egg, drink some water and I have some fruit or waffles.…
  • Fitness Blender had a lot of good workouts. They do them in rep sessions so you could take say the kettle bell workout due one rep session, come back do another later etc. Do Lunges, Squats, pushups, situps, jog in place, if you have steps do stair climbing, jump ropes, jumping jacks and more! Lots of choices!

  • It is hard for me to admit but my biggest problem is that I would self medicate with food. I had a horrid day , no problem make myself feel better with a pizza.
