My eyes have been a lot drier lately. It is also the first time in several years that I've had a dog live in my home which I am slightly allergic to when I interact with too much. However, I went out of town for the weekend and I still experienced really dry eyes so not sure if some of it could be diet related.

I also did PB on celery and then even just PB by itself. For me it's VERY easy to over eat so I have to cut myself off. Now I only do PB when I'm making some sort of fat bomb with 30+ g of additional fat to make up for the added carbs and not by PB itself because the carb count is just a little too high for me.

Every period I have had while doing keto has been crazy. I haven't done keto for long enough stretches of time so I experienced only a total of 3 menstrual cycles. First two I was 12-18 days late and this one just left me feeling incredibly sick.

I am the exact same way! I eat way past full because food tastes good and because certain events trigger cravings and eating. So if I didn't count my calories and log my food, I'd eat nonstop.
