Are those brussel sprouts in cheese? I've really gotten into brussel sprouts recently. Do you mind sharing or linking to the recipe?

Jason Wittrock, whose YouTube channel many of us have been following, is sponsored by EAS and uses this product heavily. It is available on Bodybuild.com for 30% off. https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/eas/myoplex-ketogenic-meal-replacement.html

Wonderful! Also, I love when people come to the group and have read the sticky threads and have realistic expectations/understanding. Congrats on your progress so far and keep on!

There is a helpful low carb group located here -> http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group There was also a post created recently which compiles resources for diabetics. That post is located here ->…

Eat more fat, protein and fiber-rich veggies and less carbs. Carbs are the least filling and also send your blood glucose on a roller coaster constantly sending insulin signals to keep it in check. This relationship is what makes you feel hungry and have energy crashes in conjunction with the actual amount of bulk in your…

SD: 1/01/17 SW: 144 CD: 3/01/17 CW: 133.8 - 10 lbs in exactly 2 months though after a high carb vacation in December I think 4 lbs of my 144 was water weight because I very quickly dropped those once I started keto again. So probably more realistically it's more like a drop from 140 or 138 to 133.8 which I am still happy…

http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2012/01/cream-cheese-pancakes.html add coconut flour I think it was 1-2 T a commenter mentioned.

I've hated every bread recipe I have tried on keto. Yuck!

I've made I've Breathe I'm Hungry low carb cream cheese pancakes the past 2 weekends. I think they are really good. I took a commenter's suggestion and added a pinch of salt and coconut flour.

This and also anything sort of pasta made using spaghetti squash noodles. My cajun shrimp alfredo pasta is my favorite.

I wouldn't really say you are stalling. You lost 10 lbs the first 10 days which is normal to lose that much because you are shedding a lot of water. Then progress slows but does not stall after you water has been shed. You began to lose 1 lb body fat per week and this past week you lost 3 lbs. That's incredible progress.

I'm actually thinking about getting one of those under desk peddlers. Staples has them and you can also find them on Amazon. They range from like $60-150. I want to see if my company will pay for it in the name of employee wellness. I will need to raise my desktop up about another 6 inches though. Even though they are low…

Apparently, my lightest weight for the week always falls on a weekend and Wednesday always seems to be my heaviest day lol. SD: 1/01/17 SW: 144 CD: 2/22/17 CW: 135.8 - After seeing the 134.6 last week, I was really hoping to see that number again today so I could have a more significant drop to report and to be reporting…

There's a brand called Primal Kitchen that I believe is available at most grocery stores. It's more expensive than mayonnaise using canola and/or soybean oil. This mayo uses Avocado oil.

Exactly as @Sunny_Bunny_ has said. Most people use the term Bulletproof Coffee or BPC to mean keto coffee. Think of someone saying "I'm going to Xerox something" when they aren't actually using a Xerox machine but some other brand of copier. Bulletproof is the brand and they have created their own MCT oil as well as their…

There is no rule that you have to get your fat from butter. Some people just don't like butter or just not enough to eat it in excess. The reason why it's suggested is because it's a pretty easy way to add the fat from butter. It can be used for sauteing veggies, making creamy sauces, in your coffee, etc etc. But yes, if…

I don't mind high calories for breakfast. If it fills you up and lasts you until lunch or dinner (if you are intentionally trying to skip lunch) then that's great. I usually do bulletproof coffee (BPC) solo or with either bacon and eggs or berries and full fat greek yogurt (how ever this option is high in carbs so I have…

Omg I know it's horrible!! But also, please keep in mind we generally do not talk about the main forums here as we could get in trouble about it. Glad you are a part of the community!

I'm assuming you mean once I hit actual "fat adaption". Hmm let's see. I've been keto I guess since about January first after returning from a 3 week vacation where I went all out on carbs (after previously doing keto). I think I've had 2 days since January first where I've had a lot of carbs and fell out of ketosis. It's…

Question about personal carb limit and kicking yourself out of ketosis (didn't feel like it was significant enough to make a new thread)...I stop eating for the day around 7:30 pm, I take a urine ketone test at 7:30 am. So if my meals the previous day are high enough carb to kick me out of ketosis, would 12 hours between…

@kpk54 nailed it. Some people don't track at all and just try to limit carby foods while eating fat and/or protein to satiety while others track very meticulously. I used to track meticulously but now I'm kind of in the middle. Some people claim to just not be able to lose weight if they don't track because they would…

I Breathe I'm Hungry keto cream cheese pancakes, bacon, eggs and BPC. 2g net carbs, 104g fat, 43g protein.

Sounds awesome, I have all of those ingredients at home I might have to make them this weekend!

I think it makes sense for him to take it down out of fear that people would take it as medical advice. There are stupid people out there that could easily not have understood the information correctly and might have taken away, "My cholesterol is high but I am healthy because Jason Wittrock's cholesterol is high and he is…

I watched the video. He basically went to the EAS offices whom he is sponsored with. He had a friend/employee/scientist there talk about the blood lipid panel results he got done which showed his overall cholesterol was high but his bad cholesterol was low and then also compared his HDL to his triglycerides and explained…

I'm probably a horrible person for this but.... Several months ago when I was going to the gym regularly but I had just transitioned from a low-fat diet to a keto diet, I had already dropped a few pounds and was very thrilled about it. I was in the locker room at the gym and this lady was talking to me about how she wanted…

Well I notice yesterday you had a fat-free steak. With keto, avoid anything that says low-fat or fat-free. Your "light" laughing cow cheese is also not helping with the fat content. If you are going to eat dairy, try to get it from whole milk when possible so nothing that says light or "made with skim milk". Also, try…
