@samanthaluangphixay I checked the packaging and it has all of those! Sorbitol, Xylitol, Mannitol, Aspartame and Sucralose...wondering if all of those are necessary.

It says sugar free. So perhaps whoever entered it into MFP and the 20 users that verified it, did not take into that sugar alcohols do not affect most people.

Well, I have developed a really weird gum addiction. Going through about a pack of 18 Trident sticks in one day at work. Looking at the nutrition information and I'm throwing the pack out :(

Publix has these low carb muffins I can't remember if they make them in their bakery or they are made elsewhere. They are delicious but they are very tiny so it is easy to want to eat 3+ in a single session. If I can manage to eat just one then they are very low carb. However, I only purchased them once because I ended up…

Plain water, electrolyte water with some flavor (Propel or homemade), water with flavor enhancers (Stur), BPC, and tea

I don't eat pasta, bread, potatoes, beans, corn, cane or artificial sugar, and most fruits. I drink only water, coffee, tea, water with Stur flavor enhancers and electrolyte water (So all water lol). Right now my fruit is limited to blueberries, blackberries and raspberries mixed in with full fat Greek Yogurt. That alone…

Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Basil Cream Cheese Sauce and Spinach ...I turned to my roommate and said "I think I have a problem with eating too much cheese" "Said no one ever," she said.

The week of truth. When I started on this thread 3 weeks ago I wanted to drop 4 lbs by October 20 for my brothers wedding. Actually the wedding is Saturday the 22nd. SD: 9/22/16 SW: 142.4 CD: 10/17/16 CW: 139.6 I have dropped 2.8 lbs, just need 1.2. Probably wont lose that much by Saturday, probably closer to the .4-.8…

No my butter is unsalted. To be honest though I think I am going to cut back on BPC and use my collagen, magnesium. potassium, and salt in a modified version of an electrolyte drink I found on ketodietapp.com which I made this weekend and it was...decent. Tasted like a really tame lemonade not full of sugar and diabeetus.…

Some people are intolerant to the artificial sweeteners in diet soft drinks (usually aspartame which is just really toxic I would recommend to avoid anyways) and even water flavorings like Crystal Light/Mio/etc (which uses sucralose). Crystal Light has a product line called Pure where they use the natural sweetener Stevia…

Go keto my friend, ditch the carbs and eat fat to burn body fat

*Let me preface this by adding that I've been eating string cheese a lot lately for the first time in my life and also, I seem to have really weird dreams when LCHF* You have a dream that you're at some sort of fair/amusement park and there is a giant string cheese the size of the Empire State Building being hoisted up by…

Big difference I see it at the bottom of the cheeks/chin and even in the neck on both.

I have not succeeded in adding salt to my BPC. Today I made BPC with 2 cups of coffee, 1 Tbsp MCT oil, 2 Tbsp HWC, 1 Tbsp butter, cinnamon, 1/2 scoop collagen, 1 tsp potassium, 1/4 tsp magnesium and 1/4 tsp salt. Used my blender to mix. The salt is very overpowering. Perhaps I'll try Lite Salt in lieu of the potassium and…

@Sunny_Bunnie and others, for your bone broth, do you have any excess broth left over that you store in the fridge or freezer? I'm wondering about heating it up as I would most likely want to drink it in the morning before work but there's no way I'm cooking it that early in the morning. Do I just store it in glass mason…

low carb high fat, keto. Eliminate all sugars including fruit (except berries like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries ok) and only eat veggies full in fiber and low in carbs (cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli,). Lots of bacon, eggs, avocado, nuts/seeds, fatty meats. Increase your sodium if you do this approach because…

Are you logging your food currently? Perhaps you are not eating ENOUGH. As other people mentioned, eat more fat. It could be possible that your intake calories are too low or your trying to eat more protein than fat and it's not satisfying you. I would continue to log (or start) if I were you just so you know exactly how…

@memickee keto is more like 30g of net carbs or less. Some people can go up to 50g but I think only once in a while before it kicks them out of ketosis if they were to do it regularly. Different people have different tolerances. I feel best at 25-35g net carbs.

CD: 10/14/16 CW: 140.8 - bloating must be gone, shark week is over also. So I figure I gain around 2-4 lbs every TOM

@MiamiDawn Did you see any reviews or questions on Amazon about that? ETA: I'm looking at this site for reviews and pics and it looks like it should be solid. I would send back.
