hello everyone! Im pretty sure this question has been answered before on here but I can't find the the post... what do we put down as exercise for the 30day shred on MFP?

Oh gosh I was thinking the same thing. I started on Saturday and was so sore on Sunday, I couldn't do it but will be doing it tonight and if I'm hurting tomorrow, I will be doing it every other day and do extra treadmill workouts on the in between days. Good luck to you!

I have to agree with your post... Im a feeling rather tired today, didn't get more than 7hrs worth of sleep last night and I am feeling really hungry this morning.... had my cereal this moning (9am) and just had a cereal bar and coffee.... gonna try and stick to water and fruit for lunch and have a regular dinner... good…

Started this yesterday using a 3lb weight and boy am I sore. I could not do it today :( But I plan to start tomorrow, so I am with you! I will measure myself tomorrow. Do you plan on doing the workout in the morning or night? I will be doing it at night.

Im defnitely in... I should be getting my dvd on Saturday just in time to start May 1st.... I will be doing the workout in the mornings.. and I do my weigh ins on Monday mornings...

Im in! Dont have the DVD yet but I should be getting it on Saturday and starting on Sunday...
