Well I used to only eat 2 meals a day before but proper meals. Never bfast cos I'm always up too early (6am) for me to eat. Started having half a protein shake. But I am so hungry on way home from work having eaten lunch at 2- by 5 I'm exhausted and starving. I'm finding it difficult to eat more than 1200 unless I go out
