I have to eat the extra calories I earn with exercise otherwise, I stall. I don't mind at all :)

The past few days I have had banana oatmeal raisin muffins. Sometimes I do SouthWestern EggBeaters in a Pocket Thin for a low calorie but protein rich breakfast. If working I get an Egg McMuffin from Micky D's. not super but a treat and the egg keeps me going strong for hours.

I think it is tempting for all of us but who are we cheating? MFP is my tool to make progress, reach personal goals and get healthy!

I belt out show tunes and 80s music while on my treadmill. Thankfully I exercise in the safety of my own home. The world is not ready to hear me sing. Trust me!

Chicken tortilla soup topped with reduced fat shredded Mexican blend cheese, salsa and reduced fat sour cream. 2 low fat brownies for dessert :) (and I still have 400+ calories to eat!)

I earn them, I eat them. As long as I lose weight, I will eat every calorie I can. :)

Keep pressing on. I know when I stop, I gain back everything I lost so I just keep pressing on each day. Every day I build more habits that will keep me on track and healthy.

I am a private exerciser. Maybe when I become more fit I will want to exercise in front of people but because of a sore foot I can't do much more than walking at a 3.6 pace. I use my treadmill at home.

Fitbit!!!!! It works right along with MFP! I have a Fitbit Zip but just found my One and will switch to that. I also have a Fitbit Aria scale and LOVE it! It instantly records my weight right to MFP!

I am going to have one and just count the calories. Usually I would buy a box and eat it over 2-3 days but this time I am buying only one at a local bakery. 430 calories. Means I need to double my exercise and watch what I eat for the rest of the day but it is something I can fit in.

I got a Fitbit Aria scale and LOVE it! It works with MFP and while expensive, is well made. I can weight myself each morning and it transfers immediately to MFP so I can track it.

I am using WW, wearing a Fitbit and have a Fitbit scale. I like the WW tracker as it is very easy to use but MFP lets me see the nutritional breakdown and I can tell if I need less salt or more fiber. I also love how my Fitbit works with MFP. Anything that makes this journey easier.....

46 and have 39 more pounds to lose. Hope to be healthy and fit by Fall. Wish there was an easy button but since there is not one, gotta tackle it day by day......
