people who get in the pool, chat with their mates and then get out, thinking that's a workout. (and I'm talking about the ones who don't even do a length). It prevents me from getting to the end of the pool.

oh - my - god!! thanks, that was interesting, it 's basically a hormone that uses up the fat you have stored but can only be done for 40 days and you lose 1lb a day. Did I read that right?

it doesn't sound so great, I've always seen a lot of people doing it but I never knew what it was. Does it suppress your appetite or something, and do men do the diet? what do the hormones do. Don't worry I'm not going to do it, I'm interested as to what it does and works

I think maybe I'm a bi**h or something cos after they have asked once and don't listen I tell them I imported a pill off the internet called Yuwish and I take one of them a day, but also watch what I eat and go for the occasional walk. They look dead interested until they figure it out. Yeah you wish!!!!!

oh - my - god!!! Exactly my story, doctor told me she wanted to see me again in three months as I had high blood pressure and was at risk of high cholesterol. The party for me was in April. I was disgusted at the pctures of me, I couldn't beloeve what I had become! urgh!

I am trying to eat all my 1200 calories but until I get my HRM I don't want to eat back any exercise calories in case I do more damage than good. What do you think? Should i up to 1500? I have been losing two pounds a week consistently.

thank you so much for your responses, they have actually helped a lot. I guess it's about reconditioning our brains towards our thought on food. I was brought up being told to eat everything on the plate, and I think I'm constantly battling this, so may be like someone said I should make myself leave two bites everytime…
