7 days to break a habit. 21 days to make one
So the saying goes. So...... How about a new habit every 21 days? So for example for the next 21 days everyone needs to drink 1.5 litres of water a day. (50ish ozs?) What do you think? This way we make new habits which are good for us!!

breakfast - is it wrong to eat soup
I had lentil soup for breakfast the other day. I really enjoyed it and it actually kept me going till 2pm. I had it at 8am. My question is, is there a reason we eat "breakfast" type foods in the morning or does it not matter what you eat as long as you are breaking the fast (Iknow clever me, I looked up the word and…

am I calculating it wrong?
I make lentil soup and it's literally lentils and water with a stock cube. Sometimes I add a bit of bacon for taste and some chillis. I've worked out the calories for one serving is like 300 calories. This seems really high when canned soup and other soups are 150 odd. Does anybody else make lentil soup and how many…

where do you think you would be....
I was wondering today where I would be if I hadn't have spent 8 years in the hospitality industry working long hours and eating high calorie foods at odd times and drinking lots. Who would I be as a person? I wonder if I would be slim? I wonder what I'd be like as a person? People have many reasons why they put the weight…
