8 months and still going....

I'm doing ok!
Sometimes I feel I'm not getting anywhere and that I get stuck at certain weights but just now I realised I started this 17 weeks ago on the 12th April and I have lost 37 pounds since then which equates to an average of 2lb loss per week. hey who would have thought it MFP works! ha ha ha ha ok back on with reading posts!

I love cheesecake this is a peanut butter base with an extra light low fat cheese spread (extra light philidelphia) and I used Gelatine to make it set. Used a touch of evaporated milk. It has almond flavouring and a touch of baileys. nom nom nom!!!! It ain't perfect but I'm definitely getting better!!!
