I never used to eat breakfast and since my lifestyle change I eat breakfast religiously every day. The last couple of days I switched from fruit and fibre and weetabix to crunchy nut cornflakes. I swear, this has really affected my hunger, it's like I really wanted sweet stuff and lots of snacks. This morning I swiftly went back to fruit and fibre and I'm ok. Has this happened to anyone else??
Also. People say diet coke makes you crave sweet stuff but my dad drinks tons of the stuff but craves salty snacky stuff. Is this possible or is there something else he is secretly nibbling which is making him crave salt?

I don't tend to eat much sweet stuff for that very reason - the more I eat it the more I want it! If I get a real bad pang for it at work I have a jar of strawberry jam that I'll have a teaspoon of rather than going to the vending machine, but I admit it doesn't happen very often. I think sugar is very addictive...0

Im in the middle of trying to sort out my beakfasts. i LOVE cereal and when I eat the likes of crunchie nut, coco pops, etc i just want more and more. It also maybe has an effect on my cravings for the day.
Just now Im trying organic greek yoghurt with coconut, i pop in some berries, a swirl of honey and a sprinkle of special K. It tastes great! It isnt the lowest in cals and i know that fruit and honey has loads of sugar in it but it seems to be working out for me better than cereal just now.
