I love eggs, they're so versatile.
I boil them for next day breakfast for when I don't have time for my porridge.
I make an omelette for a quick healthy dinner,
I do poached eggs on toast for a treat breakfast.
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

I just love eggs!
(but everything in moderation of course... otherwise I get bunged up ha ha!!!)

    The incredible!....edible!...Egg!

It seems like I buy a carton of 18 every other day, and i'm the only one in the household consuming them. But your right, I always boil a couple the day before, for the next days snacks here and there throughout work. It grosses out some of my coworkers.

In my lower right side desk drawer here (office) I keep a bottle of Tapatio Hot Sauce :P, and use it every day. I also still brought scrambled eggs mixed with lean ground beef for breakfast.

    Thank you eggz

I love them too, ESPECIALLY the yolks! There! I've said it, may the cholesterol gods strike me down!

I have them most days for breakfast, and last week I discovered the joy that is new potatoes, boiled egss, rocket, tomato and onion salad. Really filling. To the point where I went and bought myself an egg slicer!

    LONG LIVE THE EGG!

good idea with the sauce!!! I have hard boiled eggs as snacks at work all the time, I've been trying to get away form putting salt on them and hot sauce may do the trick!!!

I LOVE eggs they are soo good, you can make so many different things with them, and they are healthy!!!

The body makes cholesterol (it's our body's band-aid). The body makes a whole lot more than we eat. If we eat a lot then the body will just make less. (Buy and read: The Cholesterol Con and The Cholesterol Delusion). The man who proposed the fat/cholesterol/heart disease hypothesis rejected it a long time ago due to lack of evidence.

I don't worry about it, never had it checked, I just knew that for some people the idea of eating egg yolks horrifies them, lol!

I love eggs too.........but I get sick if I eat them, started bout a year ago.. However, if I use egg beaters I don't. But I do miss a good hard boiled egg and even a fried egg. I get tired of scrambled all the time.

I agree, eggs are fantastic. I get annoyed when people say they're unhealthy!!! They've got a ton of protein and are delicious, and only like 70 calories a pop? SIGN ME UP!
