Haha I've been dieting now for a long long time on and off. But once I get into my groove my stomach gets fuller quicker because I fill it with vegetables and protein instead of tons of sugar and fat and carbs like Chinese food and take out haha

Sorry I didn't realize. My diary is open now. Eat back my calories? I'm not sure I understand why I'd do that. I thought the whole point was to have a deficit? As you can see I am really not well educated on these things :\

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH<3 hopefully i can get through this craving, i think i decided to finish my bag of cheerios that i had for breakfast and maybe indulge in a skinny cow ice cream bar! all of these recipes sound delicious and im writing them down to make this week!

i always have some good music! and find an exercise you enjoy or that challenges you. for instance i hated running at first, but now i feel so accomplished after im done with my workout that i can't wait to beat the previous days calorie burn! addding you :)
