  • Watermelon is very high in calories for a fruit... You would think it was mostly water... Wrong.. O god pb2 is the best stuff ever invented!
  • It has to do with how you carry your weight! I carry mine in my breasts and arms you may carry yours in your hips... Hope that helps to better understand!
  • I mix it with water and tablespoon of semi sweet choc chips. Such a good treat!

  • i make hot tea with lemon and ginger- the warmth from the tea makes you feel full and ginger helps upset stomach! and... its delicious!! ;)
  • i agree- I weigh once a week- anymore than that i become obsessive. I will occassionally check my weight in the morning at work ( i work at a doctors office) to make sure i am making progress in the week so i know what i need to change... IF i need to change my diet/ exercise. Good Luck! :wink:

  • i totally agree! i have gone up and down so many times in my weight loss journey and its definately because i havent appreciated my loss... i did the same thing as you and just stood in the mirror and complained... i was definatly happy for the loss and loved the compliments, but i took it for granted and would always gain…

  • thanks everyone your words are sooo kind!! i really needed it! i have so many friends who dont know what its like to have to diet because they are naturally thin... or dont care... and i am neither--- i care a lot and not naturally thin.. even my family is always on my back side to get me to lose weight--- its so annoying…
