My New Calculations are:- BMR:- 1463 TDEE: 2269 Daily Calorie Needs (15% less than TDEE) = 1928 That is based on the following figures:- Female 5ft 6 inches 141 lbs 23 years old moderate exercise lose -15% Does this sound about right? feels like a lot of food to be eating.

Thanks Lucia. That is so useful. I take it you do lifting also, what kind do you do? Just as a guide what do you weigh for your height as you look around a UK size 10-8 which is where I want to get to but I thought I had to be 126 lbs (9st) to get there but now I thinking maybe not if I'm gaining muscle and losing fat? xx

Wow!! that is amazing, I was wondering what NROLFW is? I am currently doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and then going to move onto ripped in 30. I can feel my body getting stronger already and I currently use 3lb weights. I want to move up a notch in September.

I agree!! Once I start its like my body craves it all the more and then the day is a totally blow out. I'm on day 1 of EM2WL so I am hoping that my cravings will stop and hopefully I will be slim the healthy way and keep the weight of forever :)
