sounds of home from my back porch......frogs, crickets, i hear sum coyotes n the distance....its a nice sound after a long azz week....but b4 i came outside i was listening 2 sum old chili peppers, breaking the girl was playing.

i get them alot but never noticed it when i changed diet or exercise.....for me its brought on by stress or exhaustion. sorry you are experiencing them, its a terrible feeling. maybe someone else can relate to the cause!
