I eat the very same ones as Jack. I use a cupcake pan with liners. Then I pop them out and put them in a container in the fridge. Although sometimes I enjoy them too much!

I also like chia pudding. I also tried a cottage cheese recipe with flax. It was a warm "oatmeal" dish.

Mind if I jump in? Have been looking for a Keto group and I love a challenge. So far I'm down 12 pounds since I started in October. Not a big number but I can see the difference! 1/7- 195 ~Mandy
