  • Its my understanding that the body gets hungry like this because it needs more nutrients. Fruits and veggies are of course very good for you but they are not nutrient dense. A lot of the bulk is water and fiber. Try supplementing with whole foods type shake with some added protein.

  • OMG that is awful! You can add some protein powder to the oatmeal as well. Also, for shakes I use Almond Milk or Soy Milk. Usually unsweetened but for added nutrients the regular version might have more. Good Luck!

  • Hi, Most people create their own exercise under "cardio" and enter the amount of calories. P90X workouts range from 200 calories (stretch X) to 900 Calories (PlyoX) I recommend getting a heart rate monitor to keep track of your progress. :happy: JoAnn

  • Seems fairly accurate to me from my Insanity workouts. Although I think I think the formula does not work as well for interval training because the HR goes sky high and then down then back up.   • I don't think you need to take shots but I firmly believe that B vitamin supplements help with both weight loss and energy. I use a whole foods energizer for my vitamin supplement. Tastes like crap but gets the job done! Nature's Way Whole Food Energizer is the product.
