2nd round of C25K underway. Last round was 6 years ago. So far so good. W2 D2 done.

Totally agree! I've always considered myself a non runner. 6 years ago I worked C25K and kept running for 2 years. Fast forward to a week ago and I'm starting all over. Just slow your pace....you should be able to speak short sent es when you're running.

I also use water, usually. Sometimes, when making PB&J I mix the PB2 in with the jam. Love this stuff. I've been eating it for more than 5 years. So happy it's now available in stores (Target).

Heavens knows I've ridden the 'getting healthy' roller coaster more than once. Sometimes it takes a couple of false starts to finish the race. My daily goal started at 10,000 steps when I started wearing a fitbit zip the end of May. Most days I make it but there're have been a few nights I've done some marching in place to get there. I have an easier time during the week then on weekends. I do a good deal of walking as part of my job. This week I've upped my goal…
