I had a similar question but I like to blend mine with ice - wondering blending and freezing the night before would affect taste for next morning (once it thaws a bit, of course).

I love it (says a non runner). I have used the program 3 times. Sometimes I stay with running (3+ years) and sometimes I stop and do something else (winter sports) then I re-start the program in the fall. This time I am re-starting and trying to run a bit faster - before I just went for duration.

Congratulations. I completely understand how one can loose "focus". Well done for keeping on.

Terrific!!! Well done. It is a great feeling, isn't it.

Check to see what, if any, protein may be added to the greek yogurt. Stay away from the whey and go for casein protein.
-
That is terrific.

Terrific accomplishment. A goal of being 'healthy and strong' is the way to go! Good for you.
-
Good for you! I'm almost down with C25K and thank I will move on to the 10K program after that.

Is that 7 g of fiber for the whole batch. Or, the entire nutritional breakdown is for the entire batch? Thanks in advance. They look great. Hope to make them this weekend.

Put me down for another one that would like a copy of the spreadsheet. Or, where's the best place to find the RMR calculation?

For the 2nd time in 1 week I've had to exchange recently purchased, unworn clothes for a smaller size.
-
Ya-ha-whoey!!! That is terrific. Remember to stretch pre and post!

Yesterday, a co-worker emailed me and said that I am 'tiny.' I'm still well above my goal weight (and my healthier weight from 3 years ago) but I'll take it!!!
-
Terrific! Keep up the focus and dedication.

Seeing the hollows on the outside of my knees (when in position to do leg raises).

I am with you! I'm on this journey for similar reasons. Feel free to add me as a friend.

The shoes. Terrific.

This looks like one of the 'good guys'.

I just keep going. When (in last round) I got to a day I could not complete I did repeat that until I could finish it. If the length of the run is daunting then sssssllllllooooowwww your pace and you'll be surprised just what you can complete.

The added sugar comes from the fruit that is added to the yogurt (if you get fruited brands). Best bet is to buy plain.

Bootcut are out of fashion? Well, I've never been big on following all the fashion trends. Seems to me that bootcut, while the profile may change with the 'times', is always a fashion option. In all honesty, I don't think skinny jeans are flattering on most people (regardless of shape or size). Go with what you feel good…

This would be me, too.

Hang on the the positive body thoughts you had...(have). There's no excuse for their delivery / communication. Get on the horn with corporate, tweet about the experience...they need to know who they have representing VS.

It is for me. I'm down 36 lbs since May 23, 2014. All I've done is started counting calories and walking on extra mile a day. Just last week I added in a running program.

It is totally a success. I vacationed recently and I, too, lost weight. Doesn't it feel great to make the good choices while away. This might have been the only time that's happened to me. Looking back, I don't think I felt deprived. At least not so deprived that I stuck with me.

That's terrific. Great job taking charge of your life. I just started running again, too. Not ready to sign up for a half marathon though, :)

I, too, could use some fitbit pals. Not sure how to add friends in. https://www.fitbit.com/user/2QNV7J

I've found that I do best when I don't totally cut things from my diet. Moderation has been working for me. Don't fret about the last week....you've got a plan and the desire...that's more than half the battle. You've got this.

I have been on MFP logging all meals for 90+ days. Happy it say I'm down 30+ pounds. I can always use a fitness buddy, extra motivation and accountability. I'm in it (again) for the long haul. Not sure how much more I have to loose. Would like to see 135 but will see what my body tells me is right.
