Walk everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!! I've always manage to maintain my weight on a cruise by avoiding the elevators as much as possible! Usually only take them late at night when I can't do that final 5 flight climb from the casino to my cabin! There is always lots of fresh fruit and salads for breakfast and lunch! Then enjoy your…

Food in moderation and walking are the two keys! I take cruises and am able to maintain by walking everywhere and limiting my elevator use to when I'm worn out at the end of the day and just can't handle 6 flights up the stairs!

Checking in for the Golden Girls. I completed all of last weeks challenges! Sorry team, no weight loss this week, still at 223. All of my exercise is starting to turn fat to muscle so I'm at one of those stages where the weight loss slows down, hopefully next week I'll have better results!

I have 3 booked over the next 18 months! It's the best way to vacation! I actually manage to maintain my weight on cruises by using the stairs most of the time and doing a few laps either in the pool or the exercise deck each day. :)

Didn't realize we had mini challenges! I met yesterday's without even realizing it was there. Well on my way to meeting today's. With the heat wave we're having I'm going through at least 4 liters of water a day!

I found an entry for 'too much food' and used that today. I hadn't planned on it and then got invited to a last minute Italian barbecue where the food never stops! I'll be back on the straight and narrow tomorrow!
