I usually have a protein shake in the morning, a turkey sandwich for lunch and either chicken breast or fish for supper, and I am always WAY over. Lean meats, eggs, fish all have tons a protein in them!

Stay away from Vitamin Water!! One 24oz bottle has 150 calories and like 39 grams of sugar!! Bad stuff, I think it's horrible how people drink it all day long thinking they are doing something good for their bodies. Drink water and pop a multi vitamin! :happy:

I agree with cyclingdiva...a multi vitamin is a good idea. Also, make sure you eating the recommended amounts, especially the calories and protein!!

I can tell that I'm losing weight all over, but my belly won't seem to budge! Just seeing who else's belly fat doesn't seem to be going away!!?:grumble: :grumble: :mad:

Last month this happened to me! I was CRAVING some sweet and chocolatey...so I went to the grocery store, determined to find something somewhat healthy but I found Skinny Cow mini fudge bars...only 50cals and definately helps that sweet tooth!

Okay so I went rock climbing (at a rock climbing gym ) today and burned about 400 cals, then I went right to the gym for an hour (didn't work real hard since I was tired from climbing) and burn another 400 cals! So total cals burned...800!!! That may not seem like a lot to some people, but I started two months ago with NO…

I know it! You really have to look at labels...I was looking at dried bananas tonight at the store and they were 200 cals and 12g of fat...in a HALF a cup! Couldn't believe it.

Okay so I start on May 19 and I'm down 25 lbs. I'm exercising regularly (not constantly) and I eat all my calories, give or take. Oh my gosh- It's been two weeks to the day for me, and I'm used to eating out/drive thru 2-3 times a week. I've barely thought about it for two weeks and then today chicken mcnuggets were calling my name!! Somehow I resisted, and hopefully I can keep it up. So good luck to you and wish me luck too :smile:
