I'm on day 6 today so I don't know yet, but everyone says they lose a lot more inches than lbs so measure youself before you start and then at the end of the 30 days. I did and I'm hoping for great results! :) Good luck, and it is a good workout that's for sure!!

ellipticals are amazing!! On most you can change resistance/incline and it's one good workout! Have lost 41lbs and almost all my cardio is from the elliptical :) Oh btw I cannot run because it kills my knees, but I've NEVER had any knee pain on the elliptical!

I almost always have a snack late evening before bed (usually popcorn) and I've lost over 40lbs...so I don't think it affects my weight loss at all. Also, that 40lbs is since March...

I think it affects different people different. I have never gained weight from it (in fact I've lost 50lbs on it before, where most of my diet contained aspartame), I don't get headaches, or stomach aches, however regular soda does that to me. Same here, heat index 110 today is Wisconsin! Ugh, I think I just drank so much water I felt stuffed, didn't want to eat much at all! I sure hope it cools down soon!

It happens sometimes, as I know you can't cram 1200 calories down right now without wanting to throw it up, I would have a good snack, like a PB sandwich, good high calories. Then just start again tomorrow. You won't go into starvation mode from one day. Congrats on the 14lbs!!

Wow, whats going on in here? How is that true? She never said that was her only reason, just that it's a great motivation, and I guarantee she's not the only one here motivated by wanting to look good in swim suit! Sheesh, where is the support going around here?
