That makes sense to me...since it's a aerobic dance workout, and not just dancing at a wedding or something! :) I think your right!

I try and go just a little further than last time, I say "okay did 30 last time, need to do at least 32 this time" but I keep bumping it up and it gets easier everytime too (well almost everytime time :))! I just did 45 minutes on the elliptical at 150-190 strides per minutes!! When I started I couldn't do 10 minutes at 80…

Same here...did great, then got pregnant, did great for a month, then quit, so this is probably my fourth time too back to MFP! I was just sick of feeling, well as you put it, so miserable! It's been over 2 months and I still have never felt so motivated. Good luck to you!!

My favorite is ACT 94% fat free popcorn (its a big bag, not a mini bag!) and the whole bag is 130 cals. Top with 0 cals butter spray. Very filling and delicious!

I guess I don't understand the problem...you explain how the body breakdown foods, and say eating protein and moderate complex carbs is a good thing. I guess I don't get why people are upset and disagreeing with that, since I can't imagine people on here eat low protein and a bunch of white bread. Who cares how often you…

I was thinking this exact thing!! You look AMAZING!

Amazing job!! Thank you for sharing! :)

First of all congrats! And yes...I feel the same way. It seems like I lost 25lbs I felt thinner and now I'm done 40 and I feel about the same no matter what other people say. I guess that feeling will just keep me motivated to get to my goal weight!! Congrats to you again!

no...she went over by 438cals...anywho- tomorrow is a new day...which I was I'm telling myself right now! The past two days I've just eaten junk, and now I feel horrible...both emotionally and physically...but tomorrow is a new day and I'm planning for it now!
-
Good luck! I went off track for the last two days (not horrible, but not good) and I'm up 2.5lbs! Real irritated because I know I didn't eat enough calories to gain over two pounds...better be water weight!!!:grumble:

I think the two biggest problems during TOM is cravings for sweets and water retention. But it's just temporary...I just don't weigh myself during that time...it's to depressing (even though Iknow it will go away!) I just don't like seeing that bigger number!:noway:

Welcome....11lbs in 7 weeks is still awesome! I am waiting to hit a plateau (knock on wood) because I have yet to hit one...some of the people here have been plateau 2-3 months at the same weight. So anyway, slow but sure, don't get discouraged!! Your doing great!
