    I'm going to be honest here. I barely drink water when I don't workout. I drink tons of pepsi max, coffee and green tea, and maybe one or two cups of water on a rest day.

    When I workout though, I probably drink two quarts, plus whatever caffeinated beverages I had earlier in the day.

    Someday, I'll work on overcoming the caffeine addiction, but right now I'm just trying to watch calories and exercise. I can't do too much at once.

    i drink at least twenty 8 ounce glasses of water a day.

    ive been told you should drink at least half your weight in ounces a day.

    I typically drink 2-3 liters (8-12ish cups) a day.

    minimum of 12 - 8 ounce glasses a day, every day... it's pretty much all i drink now.
    (prefer to save calories for real food *S*)

    edited to add:
    i've discovered if i drink less than this i lose weight slower and constipation becomes a problem *L*

    I drink 8 cups of water... or I try... I try to drink more but it doesnt happen. I dunno how people can drink a lot of water!

    I have a 20oz bottle I refill probably 4-5 times, so 80-100oz a day

    I'm aiming for at LEAST 120 oz per day per my PT. Most days I meet that goal or get pretty close but I'm still a work in progress!

    Depends... usually 16-30 eight ounce cups for day. I drink a LOT of water to flush the sodium for my system.

    I drink at least 8 cups a day most days...however, I have drank as many as 14 cups. Much more than that and I am up every couple hours during the night! :drinker:

    i drink between 8-16 a day usually. depends how hot it is out, if & how intense my workout is, & if i have anything besides water to drink that day ♥ try to never get less than 8 cups.

    I shoot for 4-5 20 ounce bottles a day. I usually hit that or more no problem on gym days, not so good on the days I don't go to the gym though (I probably get about 3 when I don't workout).

    12-20 8oz glasses a day, trying to work my way up to at least 16 (1 gallon) a day.

    NONE... but I easily drink at least 10-12 glasses of fluids a day. I just rarely drink plain water
