Yes, it can be tough. The new beginner dvds are a joy compared to the original dance cardio. I hope to increase my stamina so that I might be able to complete that DVD. Feel free to add me as a friend :)

I like the new beginner DVDs. There are better cues and shorter workouts. According to my fit bit I usually burn between 200-400 calories depending on the length of time. The mat DVD mentioned above can be a bit tedious. That being said you would actually have to try it first before you put it down. At the end of the day…

I am a big fan of Ballet Beautiful. I have been doing the workout for about a year. Its the only workout I have ever stuck with. Any other devotees out there? Please feel free to add me as a friend :)

I start with Fat Free Sour cream then add a little water or buttermilk to thin out. Flavor with ranch mix or combine dill,garlic powder,parsley,salt and pepper. Fresh Garlic also gives a powerful punch of flavor.:smile:
