I will be tracking my calories on MFP and particularly looking at lowering my sugar intake. I work out with a personal trainer 2-3 days per week and the other days I will be mixing in p90x3 and 21-Day Fix workouts.

My short term goal would be to lose 20 pounds by the end of the 75 day challenge. I lost 55 pounds a couple years ago and never reached my goal. I have gained about 20 of that back. Losing that 20 would put me back where I left off. I am excited to be in this group and have the support of all of you! :smile:

I am 5'3'' and lost 46 lbs so far... my suggestion is just keep going! And set some goals and when you accomplish those set new goals!
