I don't eat anything I can't log with reasonable accuracy.

Eating less and moving more works for me. I'd cry if someone replaced my meals with shakes.

Holland and Barrett sell Optimum Nutrition lean whey. 20g of protein per serving for 98 calories.

I had McDonald's earlier. Oh noes... How many hours do I have left to live?
-
Questioner. I think that's pretty accurate, I need to understand the reasons behind the things I do.

I'm a veggie and have similar issues. I am happy enough if I keep my carbs to less than 50% these days. I always end up having some sort of meat substitute (Quorn or similar) or eggs for protein but protein shakes work well too. Fat is easy if you eat dairy.

I walk (run about giving people into trouble) a lot at work. The only way that really works for me is using my fitbit. I like to keep my activity level at sedentary so I can sit on my bum on a day off if I really want to.

I've never had to get my tattoos redone. :/

Definitely a necessity. I overestimated things so much. It's great because I can eat more now! :D

I can't do 5:2. I think of nothing but food. I have, however been eating within a 3-5 hour period and have lost 18 pounds in a month. I find it really easy. Do whatever you think is best to help you manage your calorie deficit.

I'm making cupcakes!

Food is roughly £3 a day. $4.39 in dollars. Coffee on the other hand.... Eek!
-
I had a chippy last night. Just didn't eat anything else and logged it as 2000 calories to be on the safe side.
-
It comes and goes. I'd say I'm satisfied most days but I do have occasional days when I just want all the food!

Not exactly been verified or any information to back this u. Pretty much everything you eat is tested three times and the figures provided are the average.
-
I never really "go for a walk". I've got to have a destination or a reason to go somewhere. This is why the supermarket I go is 3.5 miles from my house. There are at least three much closer.

Any pink food doesn't have calories. Pink donuts, pink cakes and pink biscuits being the most obvious example.

I love that!

They're trying to tell you that CICO works and you don't need puddings or whatever it is. This site is really about CICO and it works, doesn't cost anything and it's easy because you can eat whatever you choose within your limits. I'm pretty sure you've been told that before and one you realise that you'll see why these…

Although it's not very accurate because all humans aren't the same, I quite like that I can see when the weight loss will really start to make an obvious difference.
-
Keep it on but log the exercise with times so it's not counting twice.
-
Doesn't really work as I wouldn't continue eating the same amount of calories once I lost weight.
-
I was given one that I gave to a friend. There is currently three in my house but I'm just not going to eat them.
-
In theory, yes. However, mfp has a tenancy to overestimate the amount of calories burned through exercise. It's really hard to accurately calculate exactly how many calories you burn from activity. Most people eat about half of their exercise calories back to be on the safe side.

I just don't eat at all at work. I know if I start eating the lovely things people offer me I'd put on all the weight I've lost. This week I've been offered Pringles, muffins, cookies, cake and been given an easter egg. I'd rather just have a nice dinner.
-
I log just before I eat. Once I've had my "main" meal, I then make decisions on what to eat later to fit my calories or macros and usually log it straight away.
-
I can eat mountains of peas so it's never a good idea to give me unlimited veggies!
-
It's a pound. You need to give it a few weeks to see if you really gained as weight changes all the time.

Red bull.
