I do IF and only eat after 4pm. It works for me and I'm a lot less hungry than I used to be when I tried to eat small amounts throughout the day. Takes a bit of getting used to but suits my lifestyle.

Just vinegar. I like vinegar and use it a lot but I add more during eating so it's almost impossible to keep track.

Don't cheat. Work some of what you want into your goals.
-
You're eating more than you think or you're burning less calories than you think. Open your diary and we'll be able yo advise.

Twice. Twice. Phone broke and couldn't log food for a while. Using IF as a tool to maintain deficit.

No.

I weigh myself every day and use an app to track my weight. I only update mfp once a week tho and count my weight on a Sunday as my "official" weight.
-
If you want to eat less sugar just put less in your mouth. Sorted.

Well done on losing so much. I'm not a fan of weight watchers because the amount of "free" foods would just encourage me to eat bowls full of them. It's also quite expensive. However, some people do benefit from knowing they'll be weighed in front of people to stay motivated but if you speak to your local GP surgery it may…

I don't really exercise much (Walking and occasionally trying and failing to jog). I just eat within the calories mfp provides.

Just eat clean (like scrub until its shiny) and weigh your food. You can totes do this. My friends sisters hamster did this and it worked.

I had a dominos earlier. Yours looks much nicer!

Potato chips.

I wouldn't say anything to people I don't know personally. I have friends here who are real life friends and I would nag them to log/stop eating ice cream/remind them they didn't log that glass of wine they had earlier etc but only because I know them really well. Random people I've spoken to a few times online? Not a…

Mine said 46. I'm away to get ice cream and cry. :p

I think I swallowed a small fly earlier. How many calories should I log?
-
I'm similar. I need to know the calories so I can tell myself that not eating the extra means I lose weight and eating it means I don't. Be honest with yourself and your food diary and you can stay in deficit.
-
Maybe try eating normally but sticking to calorie goals?
-
I was overweight when I was pregnant buy I was really ill and ended up weighing 20 lbs less when I was 9 months pregnant than I weighed at my first appointment at 3 months pregnant.
-
I only get black americanos these days.
-
I only have two things I don't log. Water and vinegar. I don't really keep track of how much I'm consuming of either.

I didn't. I just drink diet soda and lots of coffee.
-
And what happens if I decide to throw the pebbles at you instead?

Take the opportunity to get out and move. Plan days out that involve walking (trips to the zoo, park, shopping). Pack a lunch and take it with you rather than eating out. If you want a little extra at the weekend for treats, lower the amount of calories you consume during the week slightly.
-
Eat the calories back if you feel you need them. I don't use mine often but it's great to have that extra if I feel hungry or really just want something extra yummy.
-
Your logging looks extremely inaccurate.

Walk to the train station in the morning, go and see people at work instead of emailing, go a walk at lunch instead of eating, walk to pick my daughter up on the way home. Zumba if I get a chance.

I've lost 28 pounds and I can't see that I look any different.
