Yup, I'm not overweight, I'm under height but until they come up with a way to make me 7 foot tall, I'm going to have to stick to my allowed calories.

I'm trying to up my calorie intake too. I was also sticking to 1200-ish. (This seems to be pretty drummed into our heads in the UK) but trying to eat a bit more and focus on nutrition, which will hopefully make me feel better too.

I would define a binge as not caring in the slightest about what you are eating. I had a chip roll yesterday, but it wasn't a binge. Thought about it first. I'm going to try upping my calorie intake after I do my first weigh in tomorrow. I feel like I'm eating quite a lot just now, more than I was before because I'm eating smaller things more regularly. Need to try and have a bigger meal at home at night with more vitamin rich veggies.

I have had more vitamin c than my diary states. Its hard to log fruit salads that are purchased from cafes so I try to log it generally in terms of calories. I always struggle with vitamin a and iron. I totally understand that trying to get more vitamins, calcium and fibre would be beneficial, but if, for example, I hit…

Go buy measuring cups. Helps you measure everything. Poundland sell them. They also sell a mini food scale, not the most accurate but better than nothing. :)

Thanks everyone. I put it in my diary as 350 calories as the dance, general seemed a bit too generous. Zumba class is usually about 500 for an hour so it seems sort of right-ish. Its great, I have just dance 4 and 2014 and a few dance central games too.

Would you suggest dance, general? It gives 400+ calories for 45 minutes. I really need to get a HRM to get some sort of workable average. Didn't really have long breaks between the songs as I knew which I was putting on next so about a minute of rest. I did 5 songs then the 28 minutes of just sweat.
