  • Great job! I went through all three levels and kept at if for 3 months. Try to do level one every day if you can, and by about day 9 or 10 you'll be ready to move on. Level 2 takes a bit of getting used to....more strength training than I was used to. Level 3 is a bit insane (lots of jumping!) but you'll get through it.…
  • I did the 30 day shred and really felt great afterwards...then I went on to do "Ripped in 30" which kicked my butt for the first two weeks! I'm still in the midsts of it, but it works you out GREAT in 20 minutes. Excellent for those who dont have a lot of time to work out.
  • Every morning, my breakfast is cottage cheese with blueberries. Keep a bag of frozen blueberries and just pour out about 1/2 cup into a bowl. Run hot water over it and let it sit.
