I am 5'2 @ 187lb. In October 2008 I was at 225lbs. I just went to the doctor last week and asked for my weight for the past 5 years. I about cried when she told me back in August 2008 I was 229lb. I would like to get to 135lb.

Day 6 of 30 Day Shred. Yesterday thought I was going to die... Really did not want to do it today ;-( but i did. Afterwards I was really excited that I did because I set a new record for myself. I have never done it for that many days before in a row. Would only do it for 4 days and quit. Thanks for letting me do this…

So I failed this morning and could not get up to do the 30 Day Shred :frown: but as soon as I get home today I will work out.

I record it as Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort

Day 2: So I got up at 6:30 AM and did the 30 Day Shred (level 1) . It was hard to get up and do (I'm not a morning person lol) but I did it. I have never gone the whole 30 Days only four here and there and I would quit but I feel with all your support I can get it done. :happy:
