yup same thing here. I think the 2lb/wk setting really only works for the morbid obese. I'm not complaining either. The 1lb/wk works for me and it's realistic. This is something I can do long term!

You can use it in place of sour cream. Also you can use it in place of oil for brownie and cake mixes as well.

Wrap the under portion of the ring, the part on the inside of your finger, with yarn till it fits right, keep in place with a drop of glue, ON THE YARN. The best part is you can adjust the size as needed. This will keep your rings snug in place till you reach your goal and then have them resized.

I have a piece of fruit, or a glass of dark chocolate almond milk or chew gum. Or if my calories allow it, I have the correct portion size of what I'm craving and savor every bite! :tongue:

I took this shot 16 yrs ago when it was new. I didn't gain any weight on it, but I was a horrendous b*t*c* on it! It made me very moody! Also I now have a 15 yr old son, obviously it didn't work for me! LOL

U can substitute the oil with any puree, really. I have used the beans, applesauce, pureed prunes, pureed banana, pureed peaches, pureed pears, pureed mango, anything really, also u can use yogurt, I love that. Use your imagination and find what works best for you.

homemade fruit flavored iced herb tea UNSWEETENED! 0 calories, 0 fat and all the antioxidants. I had to gradually remove the sugar, but now I don't even miss it.

Also on the BL they are training 8+ hrs a day. They have trainers, medical staff and a nutritionist. What they do on that show is great! But it is also unrealistic in the real world. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm saying it really shouldn't be done, at least not without VERY CLOSE medical…

I tried this and it kept telling me I had 0% body fat which was impossible and to try again. I did this multiple times and even had my hubby double check that I was putting the right numbers in the right places. So I don't know what happened but I can promise you that I'm a great deal more than 0%!!! LOL But I tried!!!!
