  • Not complicated - you need to buy them at the grocery store and bring them as snacks. Fruits are easy as there is a wide selection and you can eat them pretty much as-is. For veggies I buy bell peppers and cut them into slices (takes like two minutes). Another good veggie snack option is baby carrots.
  • It will cook just fine and if you use a meat thermometer you can get it to the exact level of doneness you want. It will have slightly less flavour than a BBQ because you don't get the flavour of the smoke from the fat and juices dripping down and burning but certainly won't be dry if you don't overcook it.
