Hey! That sounds like a good goal for my size as well. About 2 lbs a week for 14 weeks, I think I can do it. I'm in!

You gotta remember it's not all about the number on the scale. It's about being a better you, being healthy, and feeling better. I threw in the towel this past semester because I was stressed and exhausted and it was easier to not work at it. And I've been back on track since January and I'm still not back to where I was.…

We met at the end of my freshman year at college in 2006 (I was 18, almost 19, he was 19 almost 20). We moved in together a year and 2 months later in 2007. He proposed right before I graduated in Dec. of 2008 (me: 21, him: 22). We got married in April of 2010 (me: 22, him: 23). We will be married for 2 years this April…

Things that fly and you don't know where they are going. Like flies, bees, wasps, a ball hit by a batter.... I have a some what irrational fear of them flying at my face... I will literally flip a *kitten* if something flies near my face lol It's kind of rational as I was always that awkward kid in gym who got hit by the…

those look sooooo delicious!

have you tried replacing the in-soles? It would be a cheaper replacement than new shoes... Also, what kind of shoes are you getting? Might need a better (and probably more expensive) type. I think someone mentioned a running shoe store. They would probably be the best.

Just want to preface this with the fact that I'm not an expert, doctor, etc.... But for those saying that they don't eat back because they are trying to lose weight so it defeats the purpose... The point of working out is not just to burn the calories, but to have the many different perks of exercising. My understanding is…

Hey! I'm down to about your starting weight right now and am working on making it to 130ish by my 25th bday in 5 months and 3 days :) Feel free to add me if you like. I'm always looking for friends to help motivate both them and myself.

It's true, it's easier with friends, whether in the real world or the MFP world :) Feel free to add me if you like.

So I really like dress 1 and 4, but I think 2 and 3 is more "business appropriate". If it's business professional, then cleavage is a no-no. Had to edit because I just realized #3 is sleaveless. So #2 is looking the most professional.

My husband has been great lately, once he started in on the mission. Before he would push for things like pizza and chipotle (mmm Chipotle...), but now he realizes how hard it is to lose weight with those types of things around. He was never unsupportive on purpose by any means. It is still hard to watch him be able to eat…

As someone who reads while on the treadmill or elliptical, I have to say I don't understand the difference between reading on a machine and listening to your headphones...? Now I don't walk super slow or anything, I actually love to jog and read my kindle and it keeps my mind connected with something else and also keeps me…

I don't think it's a must but I've been making myself eat a bigger breakfast (200ish calories is a big breakfast for me) and I find that my hunger is no longer insatiable during the rest of the day. When I don't eat breakfast, I'm fine eating just lunch, but when it comes dinner time, my hunger just won't go away. Anyway,…
