I am into my 4th week of P90X . I am beginner. I can not do the 4th week of exercises. I am barely making it through the first set of DVD's. My question is .. Is it better to keep doing the first set of DVD's until I can do most of it or do I try doing the 2nd set and not get a good workout.?
