I have a Garmin 610 also, and i have RunKeeper. As for as accuracy goes, they are pretty much on par with each other. I have my Garmin connect update my runs into Runkeeper's web site,since I was using RK 3 years longer then the Garmin. I did my first FM in November. Just like Don I did multiple HM's. Go for it, you will not regret it. I have my 2nd FM in April 1014. I can't wait. Good luck, you Can Do It !

My Wife and I have 5,although they are all grow now, the youngest is 20. After the third we didn't plan on more. The problem was, The pull out method didn't work.

Keeping it simple...... My Cholesterol was high. I started watching what i was eating. I started running. I lost weight. I got healthier. The Doc took me off the meds. No more cholesterol medication for me for almost 2 years now.

Start slow. If your new to running don't run every day. You will get burned out fast. As suggested above try the c25k app. It works. If you have more questions feel free to message me.

I live more out in the country,and the few runners I do see now and then when I run though town all wave or say hi. Heck even people driving past wave now and then. What disturbs me most though is as I'm running past the farm's the Cow's and Horse's wave their tail's at me. Or maybe I'm delirious from running.

Weights, Running, Take your time and don't rush. I am running my first Marathon in November and I am 52. I started running 2 years ago. Start slow, 5k,then 10k,then 1/2 marathon. Work your way up.
