3 weeks off is no big deal. Walk to warm up the legs and then run. If you can't go your 3 miles then walk if you need to so you can finish. If you can then go the whole 3 miles. It will all depend on how YOU feel so you don't injure yourself. RUN HAPPY !

I prefer to run in the morning,nice and early. But when I do run at night it is after dinner with the family. My wife likes to run after dinner but I don't like to run after eating dinner. But I do sometimes just to run with her.

I wouldn't worry about the time. Focus on finishing the race. That's more rewarding then a few minutes one way or the other.

My Wife don't spy on me,and I don't spy on her. She has my password,if she forgot it all she needs to do is ask. There isn't anything to be found. She trusts me and I trust her. End of story. Do I sense some type of security issues with your issue of spying ? Could be.

I like the Lawery marinade's. Or just for the salmon a little Wishbone Italian dressing. Let it marinade for 30 minutes and bakeit a 400 for 15 minutes, or until it flakes.

I'm in Chicago and I ran last winter also. I used a Columbia jacket when it's really cold. This year my plan is different. I plan on getting a couple compression tops to keep everything tight. Runners nipple sucks. Then I can wear a a sweatshirt or jacket depending on how cold it is. But my rule in if it's 25 degree's or…

I agree with all the above. Eat more. You have to eat back the calories you burned or your body goes into starvation mode. Don't let that scare you, but you do need to eat at least 1200 calories per day.

What is considered a big butt ? I like a butt with some shape to it, not a flat no slope butt. Something to hold on to,not that your hand just slides on by. I would go with protein shake or protein bars. Both are light but pack good calories and everything else your body needs. 1 protein bar can give you 400 calories. Try Met-rx, Cliff Bars, Detour bars. They're out there just look around.

The women use their bra's, maybe try sticking it in the waist band of your jock strap.LOL...I just lay it on the floor by the bench the if the wire for the earphones is long enough. I did recently by a blue tooth headset for my iphone, so I can put it down next to me and still listen to music.

I have done Insanity and I love it. I also have done p90x. Both are excellent. Keep up the good work it does pay off.

I drink Cameron's Kona Blend, this is what I'm drinking right now. I do like Dunkin Doughnuts coffee also. Now and then I'll stop at Starbucks for the FUFU coffee. I drink the Triple Tuxedo Mocha there. But my Kona blend is best for me. Tastes really good. Oh yeah,I also use sweet and low,no cream.
