I walk almost every day weather permitting. I use an APP on my iPhone called RunKeeper to track my time,miles and calories. You can also listen to music while you walk. I like the Starbucks FUFU coffee,you know the triple vente tuxedo mocha,but it has 600 calories. Dunkin Doughnuts is very good but my favorite is CAMERON'S Kona blend. IMHO it is the Best.

Going over you caloric intake now and then wont hurt you. I have been told it may acctually help if your body gets set in a routine. I recently hit the wall and could not drop under 185. I work nights and the only thing open is McDonald's or White Castle. So what I do is Bring a Special K protein shake and a Banana,or I buy Lean Crusine or Smart Ones and take one of those. That works for me along with my Liter bottle of water.

When that happens to me I usually drink a Protein shack or something. I prefer the Special K protein shake it's 190 calories or the Muscle Milk shake it's 230 calories. Both are high in protein and all the good stuff. It is not a Meal Replacement.

Ouch ! I know that feeling. My buddy uses the Bike shorts and he rides like 60 miles in a day. I purchased a bigger seat for my bike and my wife's. That helped but didn't fix the issue. Good Luck.

I do measure it with a spoon. Then you have to use your finger to get the rest off the spoon. I try to be as accurate as possible in my calculations. That is not easy like with the peanut butter. Do your best is all you can do.

Hello, When I enter my calories I tend to go on the lesser side so I don't give myself more then I should. If by chance I burn more then get thats OK, because for me I won't consume more then I should. When in doubt take the calories out.
