I take the DHA supplement from Trader Joe's, and I find that it really improves my mood and concentration. Get the "odorless" or extended release to avoid nasty fish burps!

I have been excercising at the end of the day, so I have already eaten most of my calories and then I just excercise enough to get to the "recommended net calories" provided by MFP (maybe a little more).
