As well as eating things that I shouldn't my exercise has definitely dwindled, I've started back on it today though I only ever did walking for exercise, hopefully I'm gonna get back on track

Hi Andy, thanks for the comment I've done that already, so I'll have nothing to wear if I carry on,and I'm not going to buy a size bigger again but I can't believe I've let myself but on over half a stone so mad with myself

I'm hoping that my nice new clothes (which won't fit me the way I'm going) will keep me motivated, I'm determined not to go back up a size, thanks for the advise

It varies from week to week, one week I lost 5lb the next 1lb and sometimes nothing at all, it's all very confusing!

I tend not to use my exercise calories, but maybe it doesn't matter if you do, I've burnt off lots today but it'd be like eating another meal if I had to eat them back, so I think it might be ok! :)

I've been on this for just under two months and lost nearly 1 1/2 stones, I'm wondering if it's a bit quick?
