I also work out first thing in the am, I need something in my system or else I don't make it through the workout. I drink a protein shake that I make( protein powder, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, and skim milk) on my way to my work out, then drink lots of water during my workout. KJ

I make a protein shake, with smart balance fat free milk, and frozen fruit. I work out at 5:45 am 5 days a week and this is a quick, easy and tasty breakfast.

Yes, how does your clothing feel? Did you take measurements, not just weight? Just keep with it. Kay
