I'm vegan and I can easily get all my macros at 1200 so I don't think it's too low. But the number should vary based on the individual.

I've tried 30 day shred, zumba, insanity, and at the end of the day walking is the only exercise that I stick with. I shouldn't have ignored it for fancier things. Well she wasn't just a person, she's my doctor lol. And honestly, I've given up meat, fish, and dairy for the rest of my life. I'm pretty sure I'd survive never eating another french fry too. For me and my personality it is sustainable. But thanks for your input.

Thanks for writing! That gives me hope knowing that exercise and diet really helped. I, like most vegans, live off carbs which is terrible. I went to a nutritionist and she was pretty horrified with my carb count, so I'm definitely going to start monitoring that.
