Down .6 today. Really slow the last 5 weeks. 1 or 2 of the weeks, I knew it was me, but the others I was expecting a lot more. I think next week I'll change my 50 mins of cardio to 30 cardio20 weights and see if that helps any. Hoping!!! Good luck to everyone else :)

Maureen, agree could have summer forever! I'd still work, but the warmth, the sun, the longer days, etc. would be wonderful. Sun is starting to set at 7:30 here so my nightly runs are getting hard. Happy Thursday … one more day! Been a good week for me both exercise and food wise, so I'm happy. Been trying to push my workouts to be first 30 minutes C25K and last 20 mins power walking.
