FRIDAY! I didn't weigh in this morning as I completely forgot it was Friday/weigh in day; so I will do so tomorrow. This week has had small victories. Ate right, slept great, took in lots of water. I'm back in it! Today I cooked up chicken/vegetable soup (no rice/pasta). I made enough for almost the week. Lisa, I watched the Dr Oz video and that diet will work. I do something extremely similar in the beginning of May and lost about 11 lbs in 2 weeks. There were minor differences …. so go for it! I'll be almost joining you as of tomorrow. Since I know my diet (17 day cycle) by heart, I'll start on that one. We can do this!
