  • Happy Monday. Today is a busy day for me between a few appts for my son, work, dinner, etc. I am going to making sure at one point I get my C25K and June Abs Challenge. Maureen, I love the kettle bell! Different pace than the usual. Just started last week so can't say much for results yet, but I do like the workout!

  • Amazing! Seriously 8 lb dumbbells are too much for me. Admire how much you've built up! And love the fruit delivery idea … I live near a ton of farm stands so am lucky there in the summer, but summer is only June-Sept here, rest of the year it's grocery store fruits. Should look into this!
