  • feel free to add me! I log in every day and every meal. I am at 1200/day and don't go hungry. I have created and revised lots of old recipes to suit me. (plus, my mother in law is a chef and hubby took really good notes). I don't plan on being here (1200 cals) forever, but it's fine for me, for now. :flowerforyou:

I am happily married and 30 years old. my start weight (4 days ago) was 191 and I have a goal of 40lbs to get rid of (would like 50).
