I think today I will compare calories it says I burn to the calories burned, based on my heart rate. It will be interesting to see! As for distances.... Add me :) my user name is on MMR is AmandaW2833 I havent had any trouble syncing is.. However, some of the info doesnt show up correct on MFP (the calories burnt show up right, so that's all that really matters I suppose lol)

I tried taking shots of Apple Cider Vinegar... did not last long as I wanted to vomit everytime due to the taste/smell.. I tried mixing it with stuff and it just didnt work... I believe they have capsules tho, and I think that would be a better alternative!

I'm 5'7 and my goal weight it 145... I chose 145 because that was my pre-baby weight!
