start taking measurements of your vital stats -MFP has an area on your home where you can track this. how about your clothes? does anything feel looser?

hi Brandon, we have a similar philoshopy towards weight loss. I dont want the same health problems as my Mum! Being slimmer and wearing nice clothes, cool but not the be all/end all!

even little things, like at the start of the week you could easily make a huge pot of vegetable soup for your lunches. Cheap,quick, heatlthy, no preservatives!

Looking at you diary, you def need more fruit and veg - u should try to be healthy as well as slim. Your not noting down water consumption either. And be wary of weightwatchers foods, they are very processed and high in sugar. Good luck :)

i def advocate weighing yourself infrequently. I've been doing it maybe every 10 days and prefer to see a definate 2lb loss rather than the daily fluctuations! friends we are then!

cook veggies, blend them and add them to sauces! i have to do that to red peppers as i can't digest them, so i chargrill, blend and then add it to tomato sauce for pasta

i would have to disagree a bit with this sentance. When i was a teenager i started to have postural hypertensiopn-dizzy spells on standing-went to the doctor and i had low blood pressure. yup, but over the years i've cracked what irritates me and basically avoid them! for me it's most dairy (though i'm generally ok with small amounts of hard cheese) and alcohol (the many nightmares i've had with alcohol-night outs stuck in the loos!) Oh, and stress! i also find peppermint tea is a great anti spasmodic

a vegetarian doesn't eat meat of any type! back to the topic- i imagine bean salad is a good one. Veggie chilli is good and tasty-we use quorn mince and beans plus loads of veggies-healthy and tasty!

i suffer with acid reflux/indegestion/heart burn/etc. Expert advice is usually small frequent meals. Only other thing is that you maybe over doing the water , as i find sometimes that triggers my acid. Sounds like a trip to the drs is probably good tho x

don;t forget though about the high acid content of fizzy drinks which knackers your tooth enamel!

have you ever had tuna nicose? it's a slice of heaven and low cal. Recipes are available online easily, but it basically is tuna, lettuce, olives, green beans, boiled egg quatered and vinagrette dressing and tomatos.
