I feel terrible and look bloated and can't believe i let it happen especially when i wasn't struggling with eating well. Now i have to…

question for my American friends
Hi, I live in the UK. Alot of the posts I read on here from people in the Usa and stuff I see on tv seems to indicate that fast food is extremely cheap and is literally on every corner. I just wondered how accurate a view this is and also how easy or hard is it to get healthy, fresh food?

Life Sized Barbie!
She's been a favourite with young girls for decades. But a life-sized Barbie is being used to demonstrate just how unhealthy the doll's proportions would be on a real woman. The mannequin, which stands 5ft 9in tall, has a 39in bust, a tiny 18in waist and 33in hips. Even her feet would be disproportionate, at a tiny U.S.…

Butter
Hi, i tend to have wholegrain toast for breakfast, but can't eat it dry. Now i'm really not keen on fake spreads as they appear to have so many chemicals. So instead i have real butter. My question is to do with the amount, i literally have the thinnest layer possible so just to moisten the toast and add a tiny bit of…
